This powerful tool gives you a global overview of your fleet's status as well as summaries of recent activity so that you can make more informed decisions about efficiently operating your business, such as what costs you can cut from gas to overtime in order to increase productivity and profits. The OnTrack Fleet Overview Dashboard puts the data you need right where it belongs at your fingertips.

Insight Real-Time Alerts
OnTrack helps you gain valuable business insight with its real-time alerting and exception engine, InSight™. It allows you to enter business rules and receive notifications of violations so you can control your business without spending a lot of time poring over reports or clicking on maps. Set up InSight™ for vehicle, fleet, driver or teams. Alerts appear in your in box, and can also be delivered to your phone, pager or desktop via e-mail.

OnTrack gives you standard InSight™ Alerts, including:

Idle Vehicle Idles longer than a specified time
Marker Arriving or departing selected marker
Not at valid category Vehicle stops at a location that is not in an approved category

Premium Working Maps
Using premium Navteq™ map data, OnTrack provides a number of views that enable you to get the information you need, and fast. In fact, maps are readily available from almost every screen in OnTrack. The Fleet View screen is the main mapping interface. The customizable size of the large map allows you to display the system on a large screen in a dispatch office or view the information from your home computer. You can easily dispatch list views with quick view maps. A mini-map allows you to focus on a vehicle's location while keeping a global view of the rest of the fleet in the large map. From this screen you have one-click access to histories and details.

History View
OnTrack offers a full complement of filters that allow you to view sub-fleets, markers, vehicles needing maintenance, or any combination of those. The history or "breadcrumb trail" shows the detailed activity of a vehicle. Driver, vehicle and marker details are available from the "Details" window. The mini-map allows you to focus on a point without losing perspective on the day's activity. "Animate" gives you an instant replay of a vehicle's movement throughout the day.

List View
Different companies need to use the system in different ways. The Vehicle List View contains the same information as the main map, but tabulated. All of the tools and filters are available from the list view; even maps are readily available.

Fleet, Driver and Team Management
Get OnTrack and get real-time data that lets you monitor, measure, and analyze fleet, driver, and employee performance 24-hours a day, and assure yourself that your team members give their best effort at all times. Using the OnTrack API, vital information can be tied to existing CRM and Resource Management systems.

OnTrack's real-time vehicle tracking software even gives you the ability to re-route drivers to save valuable fuel and time as much as two hours per day.Map markers can be divided into categories. Category appearance can be customized by the user. This allows the manager to quickly identify customer stops or stops at prohibited locations. OnTrack can process information for you based on locations, vehicles, fleet or drivers that are part of the team. You can search and sort according to the information you need and want on demand.

History tells a story
Take an informed look at the historical performance of your drivers and fleet, with 12 months of data retention. As a standard feature, you can access two-minute reporting with store and forward. The information can be updated to provide a feature rich dispatch application driven by existing back end IT infrastructure. This real time access to your fleet data can help improve planning and reduce overtime and unauthorized vehicle use.

Automated Reports
OnTrack offers a flexible reporting engine with a full suite of reports, ranging from very detailed to high level. Run reports by vehicle, fleet, driver or team. All are generated in an easy-to-read format that can be printed or saved. Most reports allow you to jump to the detailed map view in one click. You can also save your setup for one-click reporting.
